With over 170 years of expertise, this Champagne house has consistently produced acclaimed sparkling wines. Presenting their latest release, a captivating rosé Champagne crafted from old-vine Pinot Noir complemented by a touch of Chardonnay. Sourced exclusively from the family's vineyards nestled in the lesser-known Côte des Bar, hailed by Wine Folly as "the trendiest Champagne region of the moment." Overseeing production is fifth-generation winemaker Julian Fourrier, continuing the legacy initiated by his father, Philippe, who dedicated the Brigitte Delmotte line to his beloved wife. The Pinot grapes are harvested from vineyards originally planted by Philippe and Brigitte, adding a touch of romance to the process. Achieving its delicate rose-petal hue through the 'saignée method,' which involves bleeding the free-run juice from the grapes, this Champagne offers a luxurious and toasty effervescence.
